Beebe Healthcare is a not-for-profit community health system based in Lewes, Delaware, founded in 1916 by Drs. James and Richard C. Beebe. It has grown from a small four-room hospital into a comprehensive healthcare network with 210 licensed beds and 32 locations throughout southern Delaware. The system includes outpatient campuses, walk-in care sites, and specialty services, ensuring broad access to healthcare for the community. Beebe Healthcare offers a wide range of specialized medical services, including cardiac and vascular care, surgical services, oncology, women’s health, orthopaedic services, and physical rehabilitation.
