Evolution Archery is hiring an experienced, confident, and proactive team member to help drive bookings and equipment sales. This is a school-hours casual role (15–25 hrs/week) , starting with a 1-month trial period , based primarily in-office at our Moffat Beach warehouse .

You’ll begin with daily in-office training during the first week , and remain office-based for most of the trial. As you build confidence and show results, there's potential to transition to part-time remote work.

What you'll be doing:

• Cold calling schools, OSHCs, and camps
• Following up warm leads and securing bookings
• Helping market and sell our archery kits and equipment
• Coordinating social media efforts with our virtual assistant
• Using tools like CRMs and AI to stay organised and efficient
